The other day, I was complaining that I could only drink brewed coffee at home… and now it’s my third day drinking it at home because I’m on sick leave. Haha careful what you wish for! Also, I’ve decided I want a smart ring to track my sleep and activity. It’s recommended choosing the right size with a size kit, which I received yesterday. After testing the samples, I realized I feel most comfortable wearing it on my thumb rather than the recommended index finger. Overall, it does the same as a smartwatch or fitness band, but I’m especially interested in sleep tracking. I don’t like wearing a wristband to bed, so the ring seemed like a more comfortable alternative. Does anyone already have one or something similar? What are your thoughts?

Yes I have one and I love it. Apparently the readings are more accurate with the index finger, but might be ok to wear on other fingers, maybe do some research about thumb wearers to find out more details about it.

Wow thanks for your comment! I know people who wear fitness bands, but no one with a smart ring so reading that you love it is a good sign! I’m worried about falling for marketing hype 😅

I personally prefer the watch because I track my exercises and use it to get messages and to pay things. So I wouldn’t change for the ring. But if you are not interested in those things, the ring might be the best solution.

One of the main advantages of the ring is that you can wear it at night to track your sleep. The watch needs to be charged daily and most people choose to charge it at night.

I‘d choose a watch too, but when I had a fitness band, it always bothered me while sleeping. So I think a ring is my only real option for sleep tracking
