Conferences are driven by fomo But the mo needs to come first What that means is you don’t have a lineup of high profile speakers Conference todos in order 1. Date/location 2. Headline Speakers 3. Secure initial sponsorships 4. Call for speakers 5. Start teasing ticket sales

Flattery and make it easy for them to say yes My guess is your location makes it difficult You’ll have an easier time where the highest concentration of casters are When I thought about doing this it was gonna be in LA, highest chance of getting @v and @dwr.eth also @ace and @br1an.eth etc.. Then SF flights are cheap
