There’s been more conflict on Farcaster this weekend than any in my recent memory (except maybe the invite floodgate??) 👀😩🤷‍♂️ Do you think it’s due to an increase in psychological safety, niceness fatigue, we’ve reached enough scale to support legitimate factions, or something else?

Was gone on a non-themed Unconference with ppl from the remote work field & checked out. Men got invited but didn’t show up, bcoz it was too unstructured. About your post: if it’s constructive conflict it’s good. You want that. Especially in DAOs.

I’m glad you asked 👩‍🏫 1. Survey 2. How do ppl reply. Are they keen to learn more or dismiss directly? Is there back-and-forth? Do ppl use non-violent communication 3. Sentiment analysis could work, but not super reliant 3. Personal experience with ppl (banter vs choosing blood vs learning together)
