"You gotta remember that no one really cares lol." This was the biggest unlock for me. Once you realize that it's really not about you and even if you bomb entirely people won't remember it a week from now it gets a lot easier. Seeing myself talk on video calls for the last 3 years has helped a lot too

Thank you for sharing. There’s some great advice in there, and your graduation speech is pretty impressive. I totally agree that the anxiety never goes away (I do feel the same every single time). But with more experience, impact on the actual speech decreases.
