Yep - above is monday. Tuesday = https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GfUpbhaCK7Y&t=825s w a weighted vest on Wednesday and Sunday = https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=sWjTnBmCHTY Thursday = back (4x3 sets of pull up variations) Friday = Kettelbell swings and snatches
