i think a company, especially a startup, is capable of changing significantly from 2018/19 to today and this letter doesn’t account for any of the changes.

IMO even if these were present-day transgressions, they aren’t that much different from typical negative Glassdoor reviews. It’s hardly the stuff that warrants external investigations, board attention and CEO firings.
