Commitment workouts🦍 I'm writing a post about exercise, and I'm in the middle of it. King Kong is still working out hard. My form is sloppy as you can see in the picture, but I'm doing my best. I'm hydrating, which I haven't been doing well, and I'm working out hard, and my body and mind are getting healthier day by day. It's not particularly visible, but I'm building a healthy body and mind.
