Hi Shane, I balance a full-time job while voluntarily leading a team of four individuals in my spare time, fueled by a deep passion we are working together to improve the quality of life for each teammember and their immediate surroundings. Over the last four years, we have made a positive impact on over 25 individuals, whether through providing essentials like food or addressing bigger challenges like career development, healthcare and education. Together, we face all the challenges that life in developing countries throws at us. Tbh words cannot do justice to how much impact we have had in the lives of those around us over the years, for a person like me, without our team, I & my siblings wouldn't have a fighting chance at life at all, I wish there were more ways to express how much gratitude I feel ,I appreciate you all so much❤️❤️
