The most bullish case for Warpcast is how quickly Twitter is degrading. The biggest users hate it on there and won't even get the blue check for the promise of money. "Blue check is like doubling down in a bad investment" We must protecc the vibes at all costs.

It was so nice canceling my blue check. It never gave what it promised anyway (not treating me like a bot with suppression). Twitter is just a cesspool of sensationalism, political trolls and FUD at this point. I would never consider paying to be promoted in that again even if it actually worked (which it wouldn’t since the algo is set up to punish the kinds of posts artists make). I truly hope it goes bankrupt under Elon’s “leadership” and that everyone has to find a new and better place like this one. Rip that bandaid and start again fresh.

Is it a Twitter specific thing because of the rampant bots, the shitty algo etc. I am old enough to remember pre-algo social media and just having a sequential feed from people you follow and nothing else was excellent. I remember the trending Twitter stuff before the algo too when it was based on hashtags etc. Still way better than now.
