Ok I tried for the 1time after a long time I could go to 5 😅 So is it necessary to show the whole body and face? Since I'm alone when I put my phone somewhere to capture the movement, the width of the video is not that much And only my upper body is shown Any suggestions?

Hi So I know I'm overweight and at first I was ashamed to show my body, then I saw others who could go to 40 and felt more ashamed and a little jealous The day this cast was posted I tried push ups for the first time in a long time and I could go to 5 I even watched a training video to see if I'm doing it right! 😅 Then I tried every day and I could go 6, 7, 7, 8 and today I could go till 10 The first time (which I took this video) I got to 9 Then after an hour I tried it again and got to 10 but I didn't know I could go so I didn't take a video I'm normally uncomfortable with posting pics of me on social media but then I thought what's the worst could happen? So here's me trying and I should say I like leg work outs more than upper body work ours, (as you can see I am fat mostly because of junk food but my legs are all muscles because of biking) @burrrrrberry @je11yf15h Sorry for the long story 😄 thanks for the opportunity ❤️
