things i wish i did sooner that have significantly improved my quality of life: - writing what im grateful for each morning - not saying yes to every single thing ever incase it disappoints people - going for walks - eating whole foods - prioritising sleep - lifting heavy + doing my prehab exercises - listening to my body and learning when to stop what about you?

Prioritizing sleep is so hard when you’re a student at it’s exam season 😫. But you’re right.
