finance guys got absolutely mogged by tech psyop'd into thinking they were alpha for working 18hrs a day, forced to dress a certain way, 2hr commutes, for 150k my senior friend at jane street takes home almost 300k working like a dog and hating it while my other friend takes home 400k playing around with jupyter notebooks at meta (normal hours)

don't have many big tech pals but my finance friends be struggling fr. I wanted to do finance so bad then immediately disliked it
