Learning is a lot like breathing. There are inhalations - you consume, expand, take in. Then there are exhalations - you clear out, reduce, empty. Itβs interesting to ask ourselves from time to time what our breathing has been looking like: Have I only been trying to consume mountains of new ideas and facts? Have I only been looking for that one single principle that explains it all? Rhythm is everything.
