Make sure your form is rock solid before you start adding any weight, if you're weight lifting. If you're just starting, even the body weight versions with proper form will be a good workout. And embedding it in your muscle memory will be a good way to keep from injuring yourself when you add weight later.

Start slow, consistency is better than burning out. Donโ€™t work through pain. Donโ€™t let what others are doing around you affect you. E.g no ego weight Any routine will work if you havenโ€™t worked out much before. No need for complicated plans Warm up before Stretch after!

Stay active, take things slow getting into it. But most importantly, focus on your diet as well. Thatโ€™s where the real changes are made. Good luck brotha! ๐Ÿซก 20 $degen

Work out in the morning if you can. You will be more likely to stick with it. Afternoon or evening workouts often get crowded out by a busy day.

Download the app called strong lifts. This will get you to 90% of where you want to be. Lift heavy and lift often. Obviously if that is your goal. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/stronglifts-weight-lifting-log/id488580022
