HUGE CONGRATS to my brother who just ran his first ever marathon!! 

at the beginning of this year he had major abdominal surgery which typically has months of recovery time

within 3 months he ran a half marathon in 1:52

9 months post surgery, he completed his first ever marathon only slightly above his goal time due to a calf injury he suffered at mile 20

and he ran in hot pink and rainbow lol

beast mode, i’m so proud of him 🔥👏

Exciting for him, thought it was on the warm side out west?  

Was it a warm day for the marathon?

Growing veggies for the fine folks of Southeastern Massachusetts, w/ a focus on nutrient quality. Always interested in the evolution of digital payments.  🎩 

they start at 6am so it was around 18C when he started and 20/21C once he finished around 10:30am

today will be 25/26 at peak temperature but thankfully they started super early!
