Good luck.  Over the years, I’ve had two times I tweaked my back.  Although I typically don’t do pain meds. The first time I ended up on a high dose 2-3x day if ibuprofen to ease inflammation which worked wonders over a 3-4 week stretch.  Not long enough to mess up the stomach, or so I hoped.

Second time I was lucky enough to connect with a customer who is an acupuncturist,  3 treatments in one week and pain was greatly reduced.
