From ~9am EST today, all Clanker launches originating from Partner Interfaces are subject to the following split: - 40% creator - 40% interface partners - 20% clanker We will continue to iterate around rewards, and recently recruited particularly to improve our pool structure, optimize for app & creator reward generation, and build out Clanker v4 on Uniswap v4 excited to grow with our ecosystem. /clankpad is going to give all of this new split to the creator. So by the end of the day the split for using clankpad will be 60% Creator 20% Clanker 10% Channel owner 10% Clankpad Soon Clankpad will be Farcaster wide

with this adjustment I don't see why anyone clanking here wouldn't use clankpad ? tbh a bit surprised by the big shift from the team, yet excited for those folks iterating around the launch interface. will also functionally need to be a bit more cautious of any token that gets cranking feeding dev selling...

just that 60% to dev means they'll have the potential to market sell more of the native asset. for example saw this with PepeC - where original prompter ended up market selling big clips once the token took off (and before the team shifted who the treasury was going to). I'm maybe a bit overly cautious on this cause one of the first moonshot tokens I bought which had rewards going back to folks was dumped by folks claiming the fee rewards, so its left a bad taste.

I think that interface fee split should be meaningful All our interfaces are supporting teams that use them Compete by helping projects win, share in the upside Teams and users are betting on the network, and on clanker proliferation
