Tied into ai blood and or hair analysis and a diet tracker along with sex, age, height could see this working for folks.

Akin to what Reams Testers are doing with a much narrower stack focusing on optimizing body pH as the lever for cellular health.

Also wonder how much is discussed re optimizing uptake based on timing of supplements and interactions.

Growing veggies for the fine folks of Southeastern Massachusetts, w/ a focus on nutrient quality. Always interested in the evolution of digital payments.  🎩

That beings said I’m also team “everyone is different” and should follow their own path.

For me magnesium is the most consistent supplement I take, typically through Epsom salt soaks.

I don’t take supplements, and fundamentally don’t trust the entire industry. I casted a bit back about changing that and getting creatine. I never bought it. 

The whole thing feels like a grifty money pit given the lack of regulation and the high margins. 

I’m healthy. I don’t need to suck out a few extra minutes on this miserable planet by spending $100/mo on NAD or whatever. I don’t believe in Don’t Die. I am not afraid; I think it will be great to return to from where I came.
