Romanesco for the win.

What’s your go to?

My wife likes to roast cauliflower with a curry blend and always is delicious.

My go to is Simple roasted cauliflower - I’ll do different spice blends, often Cajun but just salt is sometimes all I need. 

Romanesco is beautiful, but I don’t personally find it tastes better  

I was addicted to these jars of pickled purple cauliflower - would eat it one sitting, until my local Whole Foods where I used to get them stopped carrying them

Growing veggies for the fine folks of Southeastern Massachusetts, w/ a focus on nutrient quality. Always interested in the evolution of digital payments.  🎩 

Yeah romanesco sometimes won’t have the same quality texture wise.

Roasting brings out the sweetness so nicely.
