who convinced ppl that “busy = good” lol i personally find day to day less busy = good not just good for happiness, good for productivity, ideation, learning, and even financial “success” too

Yet for many areas of pursuit, I still believe (huge bias) that deep connection, often forged through long hours is what creates the foundation for new insights to be developed. When paths are worn through repetition and patterns emerge, then are recognized and embraced and this often requires time. The art of balance requires flexibility through different stages of life. Parenting … often results in “busy” at times.
