I would highlight how unusual it is for Binance spot to have 0 pump whatsoever

Remember Neiro, Pnut, ACT, even Moodeng perp listing did a 4x within 6 hours

Almost feels like the market is at peak exhaustion

interesting, various interpretations:
1) cex listing has become a model "sell the news" event
2) there's *still* too few normies (cexdwellers) to buy in
3) there's too few normies to buy in and more won't be coming in (what author's suggesting)
