Stopped by the butcher this morning to grab a roast… and they had a perfect sized tenderloin. Wasn’t initially planning on a “celebratory” roast today but decided why not? When I’m cooking chopped garlic I try to let it rest before cooking. Doing so makes the Allicin content increase, then when possible just lightly cooked - today I added the garlic to the pan just before wilting pac choi. https://www.eatingwell.com/article/275955/4-tips-for-how-to-cook-with-garlic/
