had four employees at TD try to figure out how to send a domestic wire to buy a computer at Apple bc: 1) they ✨can’t✨ tell you what to do 2) they also don’t know how to do it and will ask you how to fill it out like isn’t this ur job to know??

when i had to do this it was also a 90 minute drive to the nearest td bank. quite a startling contrast to crypto where you can literally send a billion dollars with zero effort
