It's now been over 2 years and 3 months that arfy's quit smoking ciggies. Haven't had a single one since I quit cold turkey, and haven't really wanted one tbh. But I do think I've replaced one habit with another, as I'm constantly intaking nicotine via my e-cigarette throughout the day. At least my house no longer stinks of smoke, and there's no combustion involved. Anyone else in this situation?

Great job fam! Next month will be 7 years for me. I quit it all though, I tried to transition to vapes and ended up back on the cigs. So I went full smoke/vape free cold turkey! It was hard in the beginning, but once you break free from it, itβs over. I wanted to not be addicted to nicotine either. I am not considering using nicotine in moderation via Zyn pouches and/or gum. But definitely not daily π
