I have the Apple #4 version of an inner monologue. I don't get it when people say they actually "hear" themselves vividly.

There's a bunch of different tiers for people. Being a #5 on the apple scale (meaning I have Aphantasia) when I read, I just piece the words together to "know" what the scenes/characters look like, whereas my mother has told me when she reads, she's literally playing the book as a movie in her mind simultaneously.😮
