How busy are your kids? Our 8 year old has done it all. Every sport. Every club. Every fine art. Since he was 18 months old. These past couple of years, I've started subtracting stuff rather than adding, and it's EVERYTHING.

Kinda went in reverse tbh; went from doing a lot pre, but since post-Covid not really doing enough. He’s lost interest in the sports he was doing and isn’t really interested in an extracurricular activity at the moment.

Thankfully he still burns enough calories, but hoping something piques his interest soon.
