As far as I can tell, nearly every headache I’ve ever had was from being dehydrated. 2-4 LMNT packets a day has been a clutch upgrade to life ( no idea if this works if your diet and metabolic stay is subpar)

Most of mine are from dehydration or lack of electrolytes, but the latter are easy to obtain from a healthy diet and healthy snacks (various nuts and berries, for example). Then there's the occasional migraine from when I push myself too hard.
