I didn’t have the will to meal prep this week so I have been eating tinned fish and frozen broccoli for lunch. This is a meal that took me basically 0 work. I think frozen vegetables are a hugely underrated tool in healthy eating. They don’t go bad, are very fresh because they are frozen at peak, and super cost effective. This is a stupidly bougie tin of fish imported from Japan — $3 1/3 of bag of ORGANIC frozen broccoli -$1 So that’s a $4 lunch that has 20g protein from the fish alone, fiber, carbs, and healthy fats (omega 3 in fish). And you can bring down cost by using less bougie fish.

This is so smart. I’ve been looking for an easy meal that’s not junk and this is perfect. Might roast some broccoli at the beginning of the week and add tinned fish!!
