My main question heading into Season 2: > how old is the procedure to get severed? Like is every severed worker at Lumon Industries the first to do it? Or are we several decades in? It doesn't feel like Lumon totally understands the effects of the procedures longterm on people?

One thing that does confuse me is the look of things in the building vs how things looked at that event/party. Like is the decor in the building just old or are we looking at a different time?
