A morbid hobby of mine is keeping an eye of age of death of people whose lives/works I’ve been inspired by. When my own age passes those, I take note since I’m now in what would be uncharted temporal territories for them. A major one coming up… Douglas Adams died at 49y 2m. I’ll cross that shortly.

I'm a big fan of D.A. He seems to have been an extraordinary human fellow, besides his artistic accomplishments. (wild nature trips, protecting endangered species and support for atheism (which is apparently problematic in the west) Not sure he stagnated, but would assume he got more "wise" and pursued other interests

Also, this year for towel day I made some commemorative Frood NFTs in honour of D. A.
