Who would you say is the target for this challenge? It's so hard to know what your body can handle. Example: I did yoga for 3 years and it was the best workout I've ever had, but I injured myself 3 times---2 times needing PT and till have issues. So, I see something like this and trust you, and the first 2 days seem so reasonable but I always hesitate b/c my body doesn't seem to do well. Anyway...asking publicly b/c I'm guessing others may have similar questions. 👊 🫡

the target of the challenge is to develop healthy habits and encourage daily movement in a fun way! i read about 'movement snacks' in a book called 4 pillar plan and love the concept of doing little blasts of movement each day, as we are often sedentary. i am really cautious of the workouts; i make sure to try them out first and allow for leniency in the sets and reps—completely your choice if you want to do 2 or three rounds! i also ensure we have mobility days on sunday and try not to work the same muscle group consecutively to allow for rest periods! i am currently waiting for my practical exam date for my level 2 gym instructor course, which i've completed the material for. next up is my level 3 personal training course - but i aim for the exercises to be both safe and useful! long story short - each day's workout is reasonable, and it's up to you how much you want to increase the difficulty by adding weights or extra reps! i would love for you to join :)
