Who would you say is the target for this challenge? It's so hard to know what your body can handle. Example: I did yoga for 3 years and it was the best workout I've ever had, but I injured myself 3 times---2 times needing PT and till have issues. So, I see something like this and trust you, and the first 2 days seem so reasonable but I always hesitate b/c my body doesn't seem to do well. Anyway...asking publicly b/c I'm guessing others may have similar questions. 👊 🫡

the target of the challenge is to develop healthy habits and encourage daily movement in a fun way! i read about 'movement snacks' in a book called 4 pillar plan and love the concept of doing little blasts of movement each day, as we are often sedentary. i am really cautious of the workouts; i make sure to try them out first and allow for leniency in the sets and reps—completely your choice if you want to do 2 or three rounds! i also ensure we have mobility days on sunday and try not to work the same muscle group consecutively to allow for rest periods! i am currently waiting for my practical exam date for my level 2 gym instructor course, which i've completed the material for. next up is my level 3 personal training course - but i aim for the exercises to be both safe and useful! long story short - each day's workout is reasonable, and it's up to you how much you want to increase the difficulty by adding weights or extra reps! i would love for you to join :)

"For those that may be curious and have questions...I was asked about who the target audience is and how to know if you can handle Fitcember" (then it doesn't look like you are unprompted bragging 😁 )

This is great....thorough answer. Thanks. You should post this answer as a main cast saying something like, "For those that may be curious and have questions" ... just a thought...you may catch some who wouldn't normally jump in. 👊
