Systems mentality: I'll be happy in the process.

Goals mentality: How to win the game.

Systems mentality: How to continue playing the game. 

"You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems."

What say you? Goals or Systems?

That's a great point! I was wondering who would bring up "both." I think it's possible, but if we take his point then we set the goals very loosely in mind and focus on the systems that get us there instead of how we often think around New Year's primarily focused on goals and resoltuions. Great point Rose 💜
