Something that significantly improved my insomnia was changing my relationship with sleep. Instead of constantly stressing out I was sleep-deprived, I stopped dwelling on it & letting it consume my next day. This led to way less anxiety around sleep & actually improved it

yes, lots of stuff like this we feed it and give it power with obsession and worry. some kind of indifference—im ok and will be ok regardless—takes the power away. glad you are overcoming! 💜
