This year I started a ritual of taking significant time daily to work on improving mental health patterns & practices. I've been journaling and using other tools daily, not just casually but dealing with the hard stuff. To say my inner voice & default thoughts are unhelpful is like saying web3 moves fast--a bit of an understatement. I wish I were a naturally positive, live-in-the-moment person, but I'm not. That's unlikely to change, but I can learn to manage and deal with it more constructively than saying, "There's nothing I can do with my thoughts." There's been progress, but the journey is long and slower than web3. @markfishman continued thanks for these prompts....it's like you are leading me through my yearly review. 🫡 💜

I know it takes work to do this...and you'd probably like more participation, but I think it's valuable to do this stuff "until they come."

Definitely! I’m thinking of these prompts + rewards for non-members as a “freemium” model And once people get the taste of writing they’ll join the larger program
