When people in crypto hear “onboard” they assume some flashy faceless campaign. That’s not how this works. Onboarding happens by telling your friends & family. It means taking time out of your day to teach someone you know what you’ve learned & why it matters. If you won’t do it, why would someone else?

everyone's onboard moment is for a very narrow, high-utility use case, often an edge case. from there people find other ways to use the technology. too many products ignore the high utility use case
