what kind of work do you have to do to warm up/strengthen/train/recover your shoulder? do you have a set program?

Love the question! Rest days are important for me but I try to make sure to incorporate yoga for flexibility and mobility, I go to the sauna at least once to twice a week, making sure I fuel before my workouts with clean whole carb sources like fruit and whole grains! I do strength train as well to help with muscle growth!
