A good quality multivit to cover anything I may have missed with diet. Tongkat Ali and fadogia agrestis for test. Omega 3 from wild fish because I definitely donβt get enough in diet. Creatine for performance and brain health. Ashwaganda, magnesium l-threonate, l-theanine and apigenin before bed.
