One of the complaints that I hear A LOT is “The OG casters just ignore anyone who’s not in their circle. This leads to resentment for some people. 

But I wanted to share a different perspective. You don’t need to get a response. Instead, focus on finding friends that you can grow together with.

In short, don’t worry about the current OGs. Make your own!

New feed algorithm adjustment idea: boost casters who reply more 

Because it sucks writing out a thoughtful reply only to be completely ignored, and this is definitely a thing I've noticed with some people.

Actually, I've had a lot of cases like this.
So now I don't try to communicate with users who don't get an answer.
You won't see my answer either.
I tried to communicate your article with a notification set, but I was always ignored.
But I don't complain.
You can find a friend who answers me.

I understand Farcast's policy. 
And I also understand the OGs' position.

 Individual human resources are limited and we can't communicate with everyone. 
I also understand prioritizing communication with people we've had a lot of relationships with. 
The reason for these complaints is that our reactions are related to income. It's a policy that we don't have in other communities. 
This is the driving force behind Farcast, but we don't have to think about what it would be like if it disappeared. 

Every community has a lot of complaints. 
But complaints here are of a different kind. 

We have to think about whether these complaints will help our future or not.
