great to hear, tho. just in case it's helpful, i messed up my knee playing basketball years ago and never saw a doctor. for a long time, sitting for long periods was painful, especially on planes or in small spaces. after about five years, i started doing yoga — and after just 3–4 months, the knee pain was suddenly gone. now i can do everything again, even squats and stuff. and the wild part is that i'm not even doing yoga anymore — just did it for those few months.

Knees are weird like that, glad you feel better now though man! The Kneesovertoes guy on youtube has some fantastic rehab drills for knees if you don't know him, I fucked both of mine up from overwalking during a trip and it helped loads
