To be eligible for First Draft Club's January’s $500 prize pool, members must share new, original writing in /firstdraft at least 3 of the 4 weeks this month.

Weeks end on Sundays: January 5, 12, 19, and 26.

There’s no topic, length, or format requirement—your writing can be a @paragraph post, a screenshot of your Apple Notes, or even just a long cast.

It also doesn't need to be "finished"! The point of @firstdraftclub is just showing up and sharing something :)

The only requirement is posting in /firstdraft by Sunday to count for the week. New members can join anytime but must meet the 3-week threshold in January to qualify.

Several months ago, I started a challenge to write each day for 365 days. I stopped on day 27. During these days my fantasy was on fire & I created a whole universe around a guy called bodhilama.

Now, after a long creative winter, creativity is kicking in again.
And the story of Bodhilama continues.
