The best scripts are written by Life... A little over a month ago, I went to a Vipassana course - a 10-day silent meditation retreat known for its intensity, structure, and strict discipline. I left on Day 6. Not because the sitting was too much. Not because I couldn’t handle the silence. Not because I was rebelling. I left because at some point I had to choose my values over discipline & traditions. I had to follow my own path rather than someone else's. And all of it surfaced because my Love got sick very bad. I chose presence over dogma. Compassion over completion. My own decision over following. And since then, it changed how I engage & relate to my environment completely. My partner and I are creating a video series about these turning points that changed our Life & shaped a movement we bring to life called Planet.108. This is a /firstdraft script.

Sometimes it is easier to write poetry rather then a story or an educative newsletter. It flows more. It is easier & doesn't have to make sense, yet if feels good for my soul to read.

🧵1 For some time I wanted to start, beside the fictitious Storyteller Bodhilama, a new series of educational blog-esque Newsletters about spirituality, SolarPunk & nomadic lifestyle. What I experienced on a Vipassana retreat was different from what I expected. An idea in my head emerged, that this story could become the first one of this series. It is a story about breaking resistance, a journey from seriousness to delight, a game about my values & priorities, a spiritual journey seeking truth. Right now, it is the very first Draft. But longform in the making! 👇🏾

Separation is a part of Integration. Sometimes you have to separate from yourself, your loved ones, your home & everything to integrate the wisdom you got from them. I experienced it so many times, I gathered so many memories but never took the time to really reflect & integrate them. That led to a state of stuckness. Than the change of space, lifestyle & everything helped me to move forward in my creativity & mental endeavours. It is like a vacation, but with a spiritual intention or like taking a big shit after a long time of constipation and than leaving the toilet with a feeling of being reborn. Looking forward to that!
