What’s one outdated practice or belief that you think needs to be challenged or discarded?

I think we need to change the practice of saying “the customer is always right.” This can lead to toxic client relationships and to unreasonable expectations. It’s ok to say NO.

To say that: 
'[put anything here] is not possible.'

For a long time I lived in a world full of scepticism, doubts & fears. 
I barley took a risk because I needed to plan everything perfectly, I was not confident enough or someone just projected his/her own doubts onto me.

Now, I am cultivating more and more a mindset that 
'everything is possible'. 
Maybe I don't know fully how, and when, what and where. 
But at least I have the confidence that everything I put into my head, becomes reality. It changed my Life!

Now, everything seems for me brighter & when someone comes to me now with an idea, I am not sceptic about the idea but more curious. 
Out of which Innovation is born.
