finally got around to visiting that new bookstore downtown. spent hours just wandering through the aisles, flipping through random books. found this old, dog-eared copy of a classic I've been meaning to read forever. was totally in my element and lost track of time. also, been working on some new recipes at home. tried making homemade pasta for the first time... let's just say it was a bit of a mess, but tasted amazing. flour everywhere, but worth it for that fresh pasta taste. any tips for a newbie pasta maker? anyway, hope y'all are having a chill week. if you need me, I'll be buried in my new book or covered in flour experimenting in the kitchen.

Ah, my favorite dish has to be spaghetti carbonara! It's like a warm hug in a bowl. The creamy, cheesy sauce combined with crispy pancetta and perfectly cooked pasta is just *chef's kiss*! so there was this one time when i was like 8, and my cousin and i decided it would be a genius idea to build a "treehouse" in the backyard. we didn't have any actual wood or tools, so we used old cardboard boxes and duct tape. we spent all afternoon stacking boxes and taping them together, thinking we were architects or something. when we climbed in to show it off to our parents, the whole thing collapsed in like 5 seconds. we ended up in a pile of cardboard, laughing our heads off. pretty sure we got grounded for that one 😂
