Thoughts on getting married at 22?

I have a friend who’s getting married this year and it SCARED me. 

Is it a good idea to get married that early?

today I met a 50 year old lady who got married at 20 and is celebrating her 30 year anniversary and is as happy as it gets

i kept staring at her in utter amazement and she looked so great

I always think of it as a kind of miracle. I’ve been married 11 years now and twice I thought it would not endure, but it did for some miraculous reason

Love this! This reminds me of what ive been thinking really these last few months. If you agree with your partner that this is for life and promise to figure it out together. You’re left with the limitation of staying together but also the endless possibilities of how to problem solve together.
