This is the truth they try to cover up by preaching company loyalty while working you for free overtime as salaried employees in the name of looking good on your performance reviews for your own "career growth" and potential raises and promotions which never come often enough.

It's all a farce. 🙁

You’re spitting out facts. They expect you to sell your soul to these companies for very little in return. I wish we could all just go on strike

Yup they bust unions, keep us poor and take up our days with commutes and working in an office so we don’t have the time, energy or financial independence to be able to push back with a protest or strike.

It’s all set up to keep us in our place making them richer and working till we get sick and die.
