1. It's Degen Day! 🎩

2. Wrapping up 5 days off from work, feeling rested and grateful to return back to doing work I love.

3. Cumin seeds. It's probably my favorite spice to cook with, next to turmeric.

What kind of dishes do you use Cumin seeds in? My husband accidentally bought some instead of the ground Cumin we needed for a recipe once and I haven't figured out what to do with them!

Hi Blue! Ya know, you can actually put the cumin seeds in a coffee grinder and you'll get cumin powder. The seeds are a nice flavor for lots of dishes like potatoes, rice, vegetables, beans, etc. You splutter them in oil to bring out the flavor before doing your sautee of onions, garlic, etc. Hope that helps 😊
