So I have a totally unsubstantiated theory here. The theory is this:  we don’t have to cut out the bad we just have to keep exercising the good. Enjoy the brain rot but also make sure your brain remembers what it is to read / write for a solid hour.

"Use it or lose it" type beat. I actually think this makes a lot of sense. I wonder what the amount of time actually is. I still do lots of things myself creatively, but I feel like its been a bit more tough to come up with fresh ideas lately.
