Been enjoying vibe coding a lot lately, as well as AI art generation, and I'm starting to wonder if using AI this much is actually having a NEGATIVE effect on my creativity..........

Why do you say it has a negative effect on your creativity? ( genuinely curious for I love the way you think ) For me, at least, creativity feels the same, with AI I am just able to bring things that I couldn’t otherwise to life or to bring them to life faster It’s true though that I am always spending time thinking, reading, watching stuff just to make sure that I keep my brain “alive” to not affect my creativity I guess it depends on the person because even what you have created through AI is started from “creativity”, right?🌹

I think whats happening is I'm not finding my ideas as unique or interesting but instead asking myself "can AI do this?" I've been using AI for coding, and for image generation. I know in the era where I was using AI for different aspects of stuff like cover art and the like...I was really enjoying it. Now I'm just kinda opening an AI thing and thinking "what can AI make or kick off today"
