In case you’ve never heard of it, nutritional yeast is the secret ingredient to make everything healthy and delicious. It’s comes in flaked or powdered form and is similar in its nutritional profile and origin to Vegemite, but the flavour profile is far milder. Add it to pasta, tofu or bean dishes, roasted vegetables, or in sauces, breadcrumbs, or on popcorn or chips for a subtle umami “cheesy” quality.
